PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely take the grounding of an external conductor of a coaxial wire or a shielding wire, without sacrificing workability of an assembly with a connector, in which a shield component is prepared beforehand in the core of the connector housing, and of which, if a spring pressure of the shield component is strengthened, a large force will be required to insert a terminal in the connector, and conversely, if spring pressure is weak, the grounding becomes unstable. SOLUTION: A shield member 13 is prepared as a separate member of a housing 3 of the connector, and the coaxial wire or the shielding wire, which has the terminal unit 1 at a noise end is set at a prescribed position of the housing 3 of this connector. After the setting, a spring piece 2 and the terminal unit 1 of the shield component 13 are mutually connected electrically.
