PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate comparison of video signals at each time by synchronously reproducing or storing video signals in a plurality of video channels that are received/outputted as to the video signals changing on a time base. SOLUTION: In the case that an input/output control signal outputted from a plurality of control sections 17-20 controls input/output of a video signal in video input/output sections 11-14 and a video storage section 15 stores or reproduced the video signal, the input/output signal outputted from the control section s 17-20 is outputted to the video input/output section 11-14 via a connection setting section 21, and the connection setting section 21 optionally sets the connection between the control sections 17-20 and the video input/output sections 11-14 to simultaneously output the input/output control signal to a plurality of the video input/output sections 11-14 so as to allow the video storage section 15 to synchronously store or reproduce a plurality of the video channels.
