PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling a refrigerating cycle to directly output a current proportioning the torque fluctuation of an electric motor by the number of revolutions control device for an electric motor regardless of steadiness and non-steadiness. SOLUTION: The current fluctuation value of an electric motor to the load fluctuation of a compressor is estimated by a current fluctuation estimating part 42, based on the discharge pressure and the suction pressure of the compressor and the rotation angle of the rotor of the electric motor. A target current and the current fluctuation value are applied and based on a value obtained by subtracting an actual current, a target voltage is computed by a target voltage computing part 44 and an electric motor 26 is driven.
