METHOD FOR CHARGING CHARGE FOR SETTLING INERT ENVIRONMENT OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method for charging charge is provided to exterminate secondary facility and safety accidents by automatically removing adhered materials through self-diagnosis in the initial growing stage of the adhered materials, thereby preventing the adhered materials from being grown into a large scale, and stably removing the adhered materials as maintaining the normal operation. CONSTITUTION: In a method for sequentially charging coke, large size sinter and small size sinter into a blast furnace, the method for charging charge comprises the steps of judging whether hearth is in the inert environment or not; and charging silica into the blast furnace before charging the small size sinter when the hearth is in the inert environment, wherein the inert environment of the hearth corresponds to the following conditions: (1) hearth average temperature<70 deg.C, (2) average temperature of two stages of hearth<60 deg.C (maintained for 5 days) and (3) 75% of T/C of two stages of hearth<50 deg.C (maintained for 5 days), and the silica is charged so that the silica is slipped along the wall part of a blast furnace.
