PURPOSE: A liquid level stabilizer is provided to stably control a sensor without regard to a change of a liquid level by having liquid level stabilizing member for stabilizing the surface of liquid by controlling the velocity and flow rate of liquid. CONSTITUTION: A liquid level stabilizer includes a liquid level stabilizing member for stabilizing the surface of liquid by controlling the velocity and the flow rate of liquid. The liquid level stabilizing member has a first liquid level stabilizing member used in a photo sensor, a second liquid level stabilizing member used in a magnetic sensor. The first liquid level stabilizing member has a cylindrical bowl(41) member and a plurality of holes(43) formed on a side surface of the cylindrical bowl for guiding the velocity and the flow rate of liquid toward the magnetic sensor. The second liquid level stabilizing member has a cylindrical liquid inlet, a friction part for controlling the velocity and the flow rate of liquid flown from the liquid inlet, a liquid outlet for discharging liquid and a reflection plate for controlling the velocity and the flow rate of liquid flown from the liquid outlet.
