PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly maintain a proper answer level by providing a management system for utilizing stored data and for realizing the unitary management of the contents of each of tasks. SOLUTION: Question mails transmitted from users are accumulated in a server 11, and each question mail is registered in a processing queue 12a. The outline of each registered question mail is display as a list as a processing- waiting mail group 42a on a shared information screen 40 of each reply computer 13 connected through a network to the server 11. The question mail selected by a replier as an object to be processed is temporarily excluded from the queue 12a. Then, the preparation of the reply mail is carried out by the replier, the reply mail is transmitted to the mail address of the question mail transmitter, and the question mail is removed from the queue 12a as the already processed mail.
