<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a procedure related to the acquisition of a frequency band by using an identifier, so as to express the propagation delay of a commu nication medium. SOLUTION: A band acquisition means 609 of a 2nd transmitter 614 stops transmission of a 1st transmitter 606, using a propagation delay identifier 105 and a maximum transmission data quantity 605 read from the 1st transmitter 606 obtains a band which is used by the 1st transmitter 606, and the transmission is started by using this band. In the case of selecting the transmitter, since the return of the band and the reacquisition of the band are not required, the required procedure is simplified. Furthermore, using the propagation delay identifier can utilize the band effectively.</p> |
