PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for the separation of a capillary corpuscle component. SOLUTION: In an apparatus, a corpuscle component is separated from a selected whole blood sample, in the whole volume, in which blood plasma in a partial volume and the corpuscle component in a partial volume are contained. The apparatus is composed so as to comprise an entrance opening part which is used to receive the whole blood sample. The apparatus is composed so as to comprise a reaction region which is separated from the entrance opening part. The apparatus is composed so as to comprise a body equipped with at least one capillary route which comprises an entrance end connected to the entrance opening part and which comprises an exist end connected to the reaction region. In the apparatus, every capillary route is formed in a sufficiently small size which surely transports the blood plasma to the exit end from the entrance end by a capillary pressure and which delivers the blood plasma in a reaction volume to the reaction region, and every capillary route comprises a plurality of obstacles, and the obstacles comprise a recessed part which is directed to the direction of the exit end of every capillary route. |
