PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a pulley with grooves. SOLUTION: A tensioner pulley 50 has an outside cylinder portion 51 and an inside cylinder portion 52 disposed co-axially with each other. The grooves 51A having a shape of substantially V in section are formed on the peripheral surface of the outside cylinder portion 51 along its circumferential direction. A rib 53 connects to integrate an end portion 51B of the outside cylinder portion 51 with an end portion 52A of an inside cylinder portion 52 in circumference. The truncated conical rib 53 is inclined toward the inside cylinder portion 52. The outside cylinder portion 51 is close contact with the rib 53 in circumference to constitute a connecting portion 50C. A free end of the inside cylinder portion 52 is folded on a shaft center side PA and is provided with an annular plate portion 52B. The inside cylinder portion 52 in a diameter direction is thinner than the rib 53.
