PURPOSE: To provide a proper air blowing effect or cooling and heating effect according to the necessity without specially increasing the capacity of the air to be blown off, by collectively guiding the air blown off from a ventilating opening of an automobile. CONSTITUTION: Plural wings 2, 2, etc., are tiltably mounted at an interval with respect to an adjacent wing 2 in a state that flat surfaces 20 placed from a depth side 11 toward a blow-off port 12 side, and the flat surfaces of the adjacent wings 2 are faced to each other, and a tilting mechanism 3 is mounted at a side of the blow-off port 12 for tilting the wings 2 to narrow an interval to the adjacent wing 2 of all or a part of wings 2, 2, etc.
