PURPOSE: A bead filler cutting system of a tire is provided to prevent a contact side between a cutter and the bead filler from being damaged and to increase the flatness of a cutting side by reducing contact time. CONSTITUTION: A bead filler(15) cutting system consists of: two ultrasonic cutters(31) oppositely arranged; forward and backward moving devices(32) moving the cutters back and forth or oppositely to forward and backward directions; and a shaft(34) moved back and forth by a forward and backward moving device(33). The bead filler is fixed by fixers(39) and the cutters are moved forward by the forward and backward moving devices with the shaft. Then, the cutters and the shaft are contacted with sides(15d,15e) of the bead filler and a bead filler cutting portion(35) is cut while lifted. Since the bead filler cutting portion is lifted while cutting, the bead filler is shortly contacted with the cutters and a cutting side is prevented from being smashed.
