PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use voice processor which can accurately and speedily send more necessary information other than an alarm and a warning. SOLUTION: When a word is recognized, weighting values Wa and Wx showing the importance of the word and binary values of excitation time values Ta to Tx set corresponding to the importance of the word are computed and when a computed value T reaches plural thresholds Vths, messages of alarms and warnings corresponding to a specific state are generated, so that a communication means transmits the specific state to other places together with additional information.
