<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system and an information storage medium, with which a problem in the plotting quality of an object can be solved with a little processing load. SOLUTION: On the basis of a depth value Z1 set to each of pixels in two- dimensional(2D) images (OB1-OB5, background) to become the moving field of a character and a depth value Z2 of the character, the hidden-surface removal of the character is performed. The depth value Z2 is found on the basis of the position, direction and moving history of the character or position at the feet of the character. The 2D image is divided into plural areas on the basis of the lower borderline of the 2D objects OB1-OB5, a plotting priority value for each of areas is determined on the basis of the position relation of lower borderlines, and the determined plotting priority value for each of areas is determined as the plotting priority value of a pixel inside each of areas. On the basis of the plotting priority value set to each of pixels, the depth value Z2 of the character is found. On the basis of a line, with which the lower borderline is extended just for the maximum width of the character, the 2D image is divided into plural areas.</p> |
