PURPOSE: A dieseling preventer of a vehicle is provided to recirculate blow-by gas to an intake system of an engine in case of input of engine oil with the blow-by gas to a PCV(Positive Crankcase Valve), and to discharge the blow-by gas and the engine oil inputted to the PCV valve in case of the accumulated engine oil over a specific amount. CONSTITUTION: In case of a mixture of engine oil and blow-by gas to a PCV through an inlet port(1), the engine oil flowing through an inner wall of the inlet hole is accumulated in a reservoir tank(2). The engine oil mixed in the blow-by gas is hit on a block plate(3) for being accumulated in the store tank. The blow-by gas is flowed to an outlet port(4) through a passage between the block plate and the store tank. In case of absence of oil in the store tank, a block valve plate is opened to recirculate the blow-by gas to an intake system of an engine. In case of accumulated engine oil in the store tank, a float(5) is elevated for blocking the outlet. By increase of pressure in the tank by the blow-by gas, a valve(8c) is elevated for connecting a discharge hole(8b) and the inlet hole. Thus, the engine oil and the blow-by gas are discharged to outside.
