PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow connecting plug device which is suitable for connecting pressure connecting tubes comprising polyurethane resin as a main component. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hollow connecting plug main body 10 formed in such a constitution that a plural stages of anchor raised streaks 19, 20 are disposed in order on an outer peripheral surface along a connecting axis 100 direction, a connecting beak part 18 for pressing in a connecting end part 40a of the pressure connecting tube 40, a screw connecting part 15 having at least a diameter larger than an outer diameter of the connecting end part 40a is formed through a pipe end protrusion end surface 17 which is restricted by protruding the pipe end surface of the connecting end part 40a between the connecting beak part 18, and a screw protrusion end surface 14 is disposed on a terminal part of the screw connecting part 15; and a push stop fixing ring member 30 which has a screw fixing part 31 screwed to the screw connecting part 15, and which is constituted by forming a pressurizing fixing part 35 for pressurizing and fixing the connecting end part 40a of the pressure connecting tube 40 pressed in the connecting beak part 18 in a screwing condition of the screw fixing part 31 along all circumference.
