PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish miniaturization and portability of a liquid crystal display device and to further keep its excellent display quality. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device 17, a liquid crystal 4 is sealed between glass substrates 2 and 3 and transparent electrodes 7 and 8 provided on the glass substrates 2 and 3 form a display region to provide a display screen on the side of the glass substrate 3. Further a driving IC 15 and a circuit board 19 are provided through a heating element 20 on a reflection type liquid crystal panel P1 having a reflection member 21 formed on the inner side surface of the glass substrate 2.
