PURPOSE: A fastening structure of a timing belt cover of a vehicle is provided to conveniently combine the timing belt cover to a cylinder head, a cylinder block, and a crank case by using the elastic force of a spring. CONSTITUTION: A locking groove(1) is formed on a combining portion of a timing belt. After arranging a timing belt cover on a cylinder head, three locking grooves(2) are formed on a combining portion of the timing belt cover. Herein, locking portions of a fastening spring(3) are inserted to two having grooves. The fastening spring is formed in a U-shape for an operator to conveniently hold. Moreover, the spring is formed by a handle unit(4) protruded to upward, a first locking unit(5) at the handle unit for being inserted to the locking groove of the cylinder head, and a hinge hole(6) between the first locking unit and the handle unit for inserting an arch shaped locking unit. Moreover, the locking unit contains a second outer locking unit(7) bent to upward to form an arch shape, a third inner locking unit(8) stored in the outer locking components while having relatively small width and length, and a connecting unit(9) integrating inner and outer locking units while being inserted to the hinge hole.
