NUMBER PROCESSING METHOD FOR CALLER INFORMATION DISPLAY PROHIBITION IN FULL ELECTRONIC EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A number processing method for a caller information display prohibition in a full electronic exchanger is provided to prevent personal information from unintentionally leaking by making a digit of '1585' code without an additional operator instruction word and not displaying the caller information to a callee by call units. CONSTITUTION: When a caller makes a phone call to a callee, a subscriber control block request a number translation of '1585' plus a real destination number(PfxTranSubsRQ). The number translation block translation the '1585' code, informs the subscriber control block that it is a code for a call unit prevention(CallBLKSvcRP) and transmits the digit of the code. The subscriber control block of the caller transmits the real destination number except as many as the number of the digits of the received code to the number translation block and requests again a number translation(PfxTranSubsRQ). The number translation block requests a routing for an outgoing from a route control block(RoutingRQ), requests an outgoing occupancy from a caller party ISDN user control block(IsupOgtSzRQ), and transmits an initial address message(IAM) carrying a caller information display prevention(CID blocking) information to the exchanger of the callee. Then, the ISDN user control block of the callee party exchanger requests translation for the received number from the number translation block(PfxTranTrkRQ). The number translation block translates the received number and requests a destination occupancy from the subscriber control block(CdSubsSzRQ). Then, frequency shift keying data are constructed with a display unavailable code 'P' instead of an origination number and the caller name.
