PURPOSE: An electrolytic cleaning system for a steel sheet is provided which uniformly cleans the front and back sides of the steel sheet by passing the front and back sides of the steel sheet through the same treatment process, improves electrolytic cleaning effects by increasing the conducting length of the steel sheet, and reduces the power consumption by flowing the required current only to the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: In an electrolytic cleaning system removing foreign materials remaining on the surface of the steel sheet by passing a steel sheet (2) through an electrolytic cleaning facility comprising a first storage tank where an alkali cleaning solution is stored, an electrolytic cleaning tank where at least one pair of a first electrode (3) and a second electrode (3) are installed in pure water, and a hot water rinse tank where hot water is stored, the electrolytic cleaning system is characterized in that the first and second electrodes (3) have the same polarities when the steel sheet passes through between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein ground rolls (8) are installed at the inlet and outlet of the electrolytic cleaning tank where the steel sheet is fed into and discharged from the electrolytic cleaning tank.
