PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device capable of keeping a good combustion state, purify exhaust gas, and prevent degradation of operability. SOLUTION: This engine control device 1 comprises a calculation part 11 for calculating an engine control parameter of the engine, based on exhaust component sensor output for air-fuel ratio change in a plurality of different engine system operation states.
