PURPOSE: A pay loader is installed on the rear of a tractor to deliver and load the crops and goods and to level the ground and arrange compost and so on. CONSTITUTION: A pay loader comprises a frame body(10), an ascending and descending platform(20), an ascending and descending platform driving hydraulic cylinder(30), a tool fixture(40) and a bucket(70). The frame body(10) has tractor connecting devices(90, 91). The ascending and descending platform(20) is inserted to the frame body(10) to ascend and descend. The tool fixture(40) is engaged with the ascending and descending platform(20) by a roller driven by a chain to ascend and descend. The bucket(70) is installed to the tool fixture(40) by a bucket supporter(50) and a bucket driving hydraulic cylinder(60).
