摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform excellent transmission of a force to a combustion pressure sensor from a plug body, to improve output sensitivity of the sensor, and to decrease the occurrence of a change of output sensitivity of the sensor occasioned by a change of the operation condition of an engine, in a glow plug with the combustion pressure sensor. SOLUTION: A glow plug 100 with a combustion pressure sensor comprises a plug body part 200 having the one end side securely inserted in a mounting hole 1b formed in an engine head 1, and a combustion pressure sensor 300 mounted on the plug body part 200 and outputting a signal corresponding to the combustion pressure of an engine based on a force generated occasioned by a combustion pressure applied on the plug body part 200. A housing taper part 212 of the plug body part 200 and the taper seat surface part 1d of the mounting hole 1b are brought into pressure contact with each other in the axial direction of the mounting hole 1b through an annular gasket 250 of an elastic member having an elastic force in the axial direction of the mounting hole 1b.
