PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation liquid which can preserve a conjugate of a liquid state while keeping an activity for a long term in a solution state under a temperature condition of 4-10 deg.C without requiring freezing, drying or the like operation. SOLUTION: The preservation liquid preserves a composite of an antibody and a signal-generating substance while keeping an activity of the composite in a liquid state. The preservation liquid includes 0.1-15% (weight/volume) of protein or protein hydrolyzate having a pH of 5-7.
