摘要 The arrangement has an IC engine (12) with a fuel injection system (14) and valves controlled by a control unit (18) based on the depression of the accelerator pedal (36). An electronic module (34) controls a generator (26) and a unit (18) for controlling the injection system and the valves, so that in response to depression of the pedal (36), the injection system is inactive and the valves are open for reducing the engine braking. The electronic module, in a particular configuration, establishes a power reception mode during deceleration, in which, as a function of a balance of mechanical or electrical power values to be exchanged in the engine group propulsion assembly, the electronic module control controls the engine unit by opening the valves and controlling the charge stored in the battery (32).
