PURPOSE: An antenna device of a vehicle is provided to selectively replace only an antenna in case of damage by enabling an antenna to be removed from a driving unit. CONSTITUTION: An antenna contains an antenna unit(20) consisting of many cylindrical tube members(21) folded with different diameters and a round bar(22) placed at an innermost part; and a driving unit(30) winding or releasing a flexible core(33) connected to the round bar on a rotating shaft(32) of a driving motor(31). In an antenna device, a first combining member(23) is fixed to the tube member placed at the outermost part and a second combining member(24) is removably joined with the first combining member. The second combining member is vertically moved while a rotation is limited by guide members(35). The round bar of the antenna unit has a stopper(22a) to be removed from the driving unit for replacement.
