摘要 A liquid crystal panel operated by pseudo-dot inversion driving, not producing flickers and vertical and horizontal stripes due to the difference in chargeability of thin-film transistors of adjoining pixels (61, 62) caused by the misalignment between the layers in the manufacturing proces of the TFT array. A liquid crystal panel has a structure in which two TFTs are each surrounded by adjoining two video signal lines (21, 22) and scanning signal lines (3) and mutually adjoin in the direction of the video signal lines (21, 22), and two source electrodes (71, 72) of the TFTs adjoin different video signal lines (21, 22), respectively. The source electrodes (71, 72) and the drain electrodes (81, 82) of two TFTs connected to adjoining pixels (61, 62) respectively are staggered to equalize the variations, caused by misalignment, of the overlapping size and area of the layers of the TFTs.
