PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement chamber which can be manufactured simply and at a low cost, in which in its measurement channel, a homogeneous flow state fully occupies, and a number of individual parameters can be measured substantially with the same sample quantity. SOLUTION: Longitudinal slots 11 integrated with each other to make a measurement channel 3 are provided on a base member 1 and the cover member 2, respectively. A sensor element 4 is disposed in the longitudinal slots 11 of the base member 1 and the cover member 2, and the sensor element 4 is provided with an optical cover layer 12 for covering the whole of the sensor area. |
