PURPOSE: A seat prevents static electricity from occurring so as to maintain the sensibility of an operator by disposing a friction restrainer on a position where friction can be occurred. CONSTITUTION: A friction restrainer(8) is installed between sewing binders(6, 7) of a main cover(6) and a side cover(7). Therefore, possible static electricity between the sewing binders(6, 7) is hindered from being occurred by reducing mutual friction between the sewing binders(6, 7) with the friction restrainer(8). Thus, the sensibility of an operator and a passenger is maintained by not stimulating nerve of the operator and the passenger.
