ULTRAVIOLET RAYS PAINT COATING SYSTEM TO PREVENT ULTRAVIOLET RAYS PAINT FROM BEING NON-CURED

PURPOSE: An ultraviolet rays paint coating system is provided which prevents ultraviolet rays paint from being non-cured by locally radiating ultraviolet rays when the condition of non-curing occurs. CONSTITUTION: The ultraviolet rays paint coating system coats the surface of a product(14) with an ultraviolet rays paint in a spray coating room with moving the product safely arrived on a tool for fixing the product by driving a conveyor(13) and cures the coated ultraviolet rays paint by an ultraviolet rays light source in an ultraviolet rays curing room(12). And it comprises: (i) a light sensor(16) which is installed on the lower part of the conveyor system, which is positioned on the ultraviolet rays curing room, to detect a radiation amount of the ultraviolet rays light source being radiated to the lower part of the product and the tool; (ii) an auxiliary ultraviolet rays light source(18) which is installed on the lower part of the ultraviolet rays curing room to radiate the ultraviolet rays light source to the lower part of the product and the tool; and (iii) a control unit(11) which controls the auxiliary ultraviolet rays light source to radiate the ultraviolet rays to the lower part of the product and the tool if the radiated amount of the ultraviolet rays detected from the light does not reach to the amount to cure the ultraviolet rays paint coated on the lower part of the product and the tool.
