PURPOSE: A uniform pressure loader is provided to arrange optical fiber stably in V-groove by adding uniform pressure to multi-core optical fiber placed in V-groove array block. CONSTITUTION: A loader is used to an optical fiber arrangement apparatus which used V-groove array block(181) having several V-groove, multi-core optical fiber(184) placed at several V-groove, ultraviolet-hardening epoxy(180) sprayed on the upper side of V-groove array block(181), and plate type covering glass(179) laminated on the upper side of the ultraviolet hardening epoxy(180). A loading block(172) adds pressure closely the lower part to the upper part of the covering glass(179). The inside of a pressure chamber(171) is closed by that the loading block(172) closed the lower side. The pressure chamber(171) applies inside pressure which is increased or decreased by gas supplied or exhausted uniformly to the upper surface of the loading block(172). A fixing part connects the both end of the loading block(172) and the both end of the pressure chamber(171) and fixes the loading block(172) to be able to be transferred only up and down. A pressure pump(178) is connected to the pressure chamber(171) through supply pipe(175) and supplies gas to the pressure chamber(171).
