A wooden building of any kind, wherein a sheet of chemical fibers is extended between structural members, such as floor framings, roof dormers, and frameworks, to the joints of the structural members joined by joints, such as splices and connections, and therearound and is bonded thereto such that tensile stress is produced in the sheet.
