A driving tool, such as a screwdriver, has a handle (11) with an injection-molded, relatively hard and rigid inner body (20), molded around a tool shank (12), the inner body (20) having an elongated central portion (21) with two end flanges (26,28) extending laterally outwardly of the central portion (21) around the entire periphery thereof, with the central portion (21) having a peripheral groove (30) formed therein adjacent to an end flange (28). An outer gripping body (35) of a relatively soft and resilient material is injection molded around the inner body (20), surrounding said central portion (21) of said inner body (20) and filling said groove (30). <IMAGE> |
