DEVICE FOR TESTING LEAKAGE OF SHEET OF PRESSURE PROTECTING VALVE AND SAFETY VALVE

PURPOSE: A device for testing leakage of a sheet of a pressure protecting valve and a safety valve is provided to freely perform various tests with only a flange without regard to sizes of the valves and perform a leakage test without replacing a gasket with a new one. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing leakage of a sheet of a pressure protecting valve and a safety valve includes a disk type flange(20), a test bar(30) and a bolt(40). The disk type flange is contacted to a sheet surface(11) of a valve(10) and has a rubber gasket(70) coated on the contacted surface. The test bar is mounted on the outside of the flange and has a coupling bolt(80) screwed at the center of the flange for contacting or separating the flange to or from the sheet surface. The bolt is inserted into a guide hole(31) formed at both sides of the test bar and has a chuck(41) caught to the valve. A spring(50) and a tightening nut(60) are coupled to the guide hole.
