PURPOSE: A cup holder for a vehicle finds the role thereof from a tray pushed into and drawn out on an instrument panel to contain a cup or other handing matters. CONSTITUTION: A cup holder for a vehicle comprises a tray(10), a tray holder(20) and a tray supporting body(30). The tray(10) has a cup supporting hole(11) formed therethrough. The tray holder(20) has an axis hole(21) for being rotated about a supporting axis(12) of the tray(10). A passenger got on a vehicle room uses the tray(10) as a cup holder for tightly containing vessels such as a cup(50) on his need. Further, the tray(10) is used as a containing space for containing the matters which the passenger is handing.
