Method for manufacturing a board from a fibrous material and a binder, comprising the steps of (i) providing a fibrous material, (ii) providing a curable binder, (iii) carrying fibrous material to a spraying device by means of a transport gas and simultaneously carrying binder in liquid state to this spraying device in a quantity suitable for forming a board with that fibrous material, (iv) spraying fibrous material and binder on a releasable and substantially flat substrate with the spraying device in order to form a board-like layer thereon, during which step the releasable substrate and the spraying device are displaced relative to each other in a direction parallel to the surface of the layer to be sprayed, (v) curing the board-like layer to form a board, and (vi) releasing the board from the substrate. <IMAGE> |
