SOLID ELECTROLYTE FOR SECONDARY CELL AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solid electrolyte for secondary cell, that is, lithium battery is provided to accomplish a desired lithium ionic conductivity and improved mechanical, thermal, electro-chemical stabilities sufficient to reduce discharging amount at charging/discharging cycle by comprising specific inorganic absorbent to provide a space to absorb liquid component and lithium salt. CONSTITUTION: The solid electrolyte for lithium battery having 10-200 micrometers of thickness in dry state and about more than 10exp(-4)S/cm of ionic conductivity at ordinary temperature comprises 30-95 wt.% of powdered inorganic absorbent having less than 40 micrometers of particle size based on total weight of the electrolyte film excluding liquid electrolyte in dry state, polymer bonding agent and 30-90 wt.% of ionic conductive liquid electrolyte relative to total weight of the electrolyte including the liquid electrolyte. The absorbent is at least one selected from mineral particles, synthetic oxide particles and mesoporous molecular sieve.
