PURPOSE: A trailing arm type suspension system assures rotating stability of a vehicle by controlling a rear wheel. CONSTITUTION: A hub(7) is connected with a trailing arm(9) by mounting an auxiliary bracket(15) to the hub(7), forming an extending portion(17) from the auxiliary bracket(15) and connecting the front end of the extending portion(17) to the lower end of the trailing arm(9) by medium of a rotating shaft(19). The trailing arm type suspension system controls a rear wheel with toe-in using lateral force generated in the rear wheel when an automobile is rotated, by interposing the auxiliary bracket(15) and the rotating shaft(19) between a car wheel and a mounting portion of the trailing arm(9).
