PURPOSE: A multi-information processing apparatus for providing an active maintenance service and a method thereof are provided to implement a recording medium read by a computer having a program for providing an active maintenance service by checking a network resource state which affects a customer service before a customer reports an error and performing a relevant analysis of various information and a multi-information process. CONSTITUTION: An alarming control code generator(101) outputs an alarming source class and critical value change request with respect to a corresponding apparatus by receiving an alarming source class and critical change data and generates an alarming control code(101). An alarming/performance information checker(108) receives an alarming and performing providing request for a recovering process and inquires the latest alarming and performance information by checking the alarming and performance information database(109). A test code generator receives test data, namely, a test result and analyses and request a test(110). A test analysis and processing unit(111) receives test data, namely, a test result and analyses and processes the test information and provides a test information(111). A user and facility information database(112) stores a customer and service information based on a position identification code of the original alarming and performance from the customer and service information extractor(106).
