The first- and second parts (1, 2) are connected together, remotely from the mold. Preferred features: The parts are materially-bonded, welded, or interlocked together. Their surfaces (10, 11) are profiled before connection, such that they interengage. A ring seal intervenes, lying in a plane between them. The second and third (3) parts are matched in form, at least in the region of contact. Second and third parts are proof against diffusion. The first part (1) is layered (1a, 1b). Their materials differ in strength, impact resistance, and creep. Diffusion resistance is incorporated. The first part (1) is metal-coated. One layer is plastic and reinforcement is included. Inner layers (1a, 1b) over the axial length of the first, second and third parts are formed on the interior of the first and second parts. Second and third parts are injection molded in a common mold, with rotational symmetry. Layers (1, 1a, 1b) are made in multicomponent- or sandwich pressure injection molding. On the side facing away from the second part, the third part is welded to a fourth part comprising thermoplastic, welded to a component with greater stress resistance than the third part. The material of the fourth part has greater density and viscosity than that of the third part. A variant of the process is described. Pressure injection molding includes sandwich, monosandwich, alternating or co-injection processes. At least one further intermediate layer, e.g. of an adhesion-promoting agent is provided. |
