PURPOSE: A duplexer dielectric filter is provided, in which a conductive pattern is formed at an open surface of a dielectric block and an insulation layer is deposited to the open surface, to thereby achieve a simplified conductive pattern and allow capacitance value of the coupling pattern to be adjusted. CONSTITUTION: A duplexer dielectric filter comprises a resonance frequency pattern(90) formed at an open surface(120) of a dielectric block(100) and which has a conductive electrode pattern(130) electrically connected to a resonance hole(110) so as to adjust coupling between the resonance frequency of the resonance hole and each resonance hole; a tuning pattern(170) formed by depositing an insulation layer(150) at the open surface of the dielectric block, and forming a conductive electrode pattern(160) in such a manner as to at least partially contact the conductive electrode pattern formed at the resonance frequency pattern; and a magnetic coupling pattern(210) formed by forming a hole at the insulation layer to be connected with a ground electrode, and depositing a conductive material into the hole so as to be connected with the ground electrode.
