PURPOSE: A self expandable anchor is provided to easily bury and to offer big resistance with vanes firstly open in withdrawing by mounting operating vanes with big action to a burying anchor belonging to a fixing anchor. CONSTITUTION: An up-down shaft(20) extends to the front and back of a ground face and has a cross coupling joint of cross shape radially in a shaft center portion to be connected with opening portions. In a hole on a top of anchor skeletal frame, a mooring blade of adjusted length is connected to a hole on a top of the up-down shaft. Tension is delivered to an entire mooring spine to be firstly delivered to the up and down movement shaft through the mooring spine. And, operating vanes(11-14) are open with the tension fetched to an anchor frame(2) for the entire anchor to receive the force.
