PURPOSE: A water gushing washbowl is provided to reduce time and water by simplifying structure, and to refresh a user. CONSTITUTION: A user washes hands on an upper hydrant(1-10) while starting washing and then, presses a floor water supply button(1-20) in rinsing to supply water from a floor water supply hole(2). Thus, the water is supplied to a middle portion of the washbowl to push back floating materials as soapy water and dirt. Then, the pushed back water is discharged to plural drains(3-10) and clean water remains in the washbowl to refresh the user. After, finishing washing, the user discharges the water contained the washbowl by pressing the drainage button while stopping water supply. Thereby, the washbowl maintains a clean state without cleansing the floating materials.
