APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LOCKING WIRELESS TERMINAL IN EARPHONE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for locking a wireless terminal in an earphone are provided to offer an apparatus and method to lock a wireless terminal through an earphone connected with the wireless terminal, regardless of the operations of the earphone. CONSTITUTION: The first comparator(COM1) has two input terminals. The first reference voltage(Vref1) is inputted to one of the two input terminals. The other is connected to the seventh line(L7). An RF part(112) transmits and receives voice signals through the seventh line(L7). The second comparator(COM2) also has two input terminals. The second reference voltage(Vref2) is inputted to one of the two input terminals. The other is connected to the fifth line(L5). A power input terminal(Vcc) is connected to a cable(131) through the fourth line(L4). These lines(L4-L7) are gathered at a line connection part(118) to be connected with an earphone(130). When an earphone jack(117) is connected, the lines are connected to the earphone(130) through the cable(131). The line connection part(118) has a grounding point inside. The internal grounding point is connected with the second line(L2) of the earphone(130) through the cable(131). The first line(L1) in the earphone(130) is connected to a speaker(123). The seventh line(L7) is connected with a mike(124) through the third line(L3) of the earphone(130). The first switch(SW1) is connected between the third line(L3) and the mike(124). The mike(124) is connected through the normally close terminal of the first switch(SW1). The normally open terminal of the first switch(SW1) is connected to the second line(L2). The fourth line(L4) in the earphone jack(117) is connected to the sixth line(L6) connected to one of the input terminals of the first comparator(COM1). The first line(L1) and the third line(L3) are connected to the seventh line(L7) connected with the RF part(112) through the cable(131).
