METHOD FOR COMBINING DATA WITH OPTIONAL FORM BY SEPARATING DATA AND WEB DOCUMENT FORM

PURPOSE: A method for combining data with optional form is provided to manage and separate a predetermined web document form, which is not depended on a specific database and data to be inserted into the form and to create a web document having a form being combined to the data when the web document is created. CONSTITUTION: A structure capable of being searched by a pair of a name and a value adapted for a mark of a form is made by searching data requested by a user in a data storage of a server(201). A form is selected for outputting of data(202). A portion to the starting point displaying a data insertion portion in a HTML form is outputted as the original form(203). A value is outputted by reading a data name of a data insertion display and searching a value in a structure capable of being searched by the pair of a name and a value, and replacing the data insertion display(204). It is detected whether non-processed data display remains in the HTML document form(205). If non-processed data display remains in the HTML document form, the above (203) stage is repeated. If non-processed data display does not remain in the HTML document form, the whole file of the HTML document form is outputted.
