FIREPROOF FUNCTIONAL PAINT COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A fireproof functional paint composition is provided to cause no dust by using not organic solvent but water, prevent environmental pollution, prevent whitening phenomenon by not using sodium silicate as coking agent or inflation agent and have good moisture-absorbing resistance or water resistance. CONSTITUTION: The paint composition comprises 15-30% by weight of coat-forming base resin, 10-25% by weight of thermosetting supplementary resin, 15-30% by weight of acid catalyst, 5-10% by weight of carbonizing agent, 5-15% by weight of foaming agent, 5-15% by weight of coloring pigment, 2-7% by weight of ceramic having heat resistance, 3-15% by weight of ceramic fiber, and 3-8% by weight of other additives.
