FILTER DUST COLLECTOR BY USING PRELIMINARY CHARGE

PURPOSE: A filter dust collector by using preliminary charge is provided which coheres fine dust particles by applying charge to an inflow side of the dust collector in a pulse-jet filter dust collecting process so that the high pressure loss and operational costs are reduced. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a preliminary charging part(20) which is installed on an entrance duct between a dust collecting hood(10) and a dust collecting chamber and impresses high voltage between a discharge electrode and the entrance duct by using the entrance duct as a grounding electrode; (ii) a dust collecting part which comprises a compressor(31) to compress air, an air tank(32) to store the compressed air, a spraying nozzle(33) to spray the compressed air from the air tank to a filter bag(34) and a dust collecting chamber(35) to collect the dust particles; (iii) a dust particles discharging part(40) which comprises a dust collecting hopper(41) to store the collected dust particles and a dust particles discharge port to discharge the dust particles to the atmosphere; and (iv) a dust collecting fan(50) which flows a dust collecting wind in while collecting the dust particles.
