PURPOSE: A combustion accelerating apparatus of an internal combustion engine and a method thereof are provided to reduce harmful exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine, and to improve fuel efficiency and combustion efficiency by applying negative voltage to combustion accelerating gas. CONSTITUTION: A combustion accelerant is made of distilled water, alcohol and turpentine oil, and air is added into the combustion accelerant. Air is mixed with the combustion accelerant. Combustion accelerating gas is generated, and composed of evaporated components and air. Combustion accelerating gas including steam and air is collected to a gas collector chamber(48). Negative voltage of -1k to -30k V is applied to the combustion accelerating gas, and the combustion accelerating gas is electrified. The negative electrified combustion accelerating gas is supplied to a combustion chamber, and mixed with fuel. Harmful exhaust gas such as incombustible gas and NOx is reduced, and fuel efficiency and combustion efficiency are improved with supplying negative combustion accelerating gas to the combustion chamber. |
