PURPOSE: A sealing device is provided not to replace a component from a structure, and not to loosen a bolt and a nut without a specific tool regardless of broken state of a sealant. CONSTITUTION: A bolt(110) is formed by a head portion(112), a hanging portion(115), and a male bolt portion(119). The head portion contains a polygonal groove(113) of a specific depth. The hanging portion is formed at a lower surface of the head portion while forming a hanging sill(116) toward one rotating direction. Therefore, the bolt is rotated to one direction. The male bolt portion is protruded toward a lower portion of the hanging portion for being combined to a nut(170) in a structure. Herein, the male bolt portion is conveniently combined to the nut for a specific length, and the other portion is combined by using a separated tool through reducing depth of a screw rod.
