PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a lithographic printing original plate which can obtain a lithographic printing plate having high printing resistance and high dimensional precision and printed matter of clear image free from scumming stably at a low price by simplifying the process. SOLUTION: In the thermal lithographic printing original plate provided with a recording layer having an imaging element and a non-imaging element and a support, the non-imaging element contains a hydrophilic binder polymer and a crosslinking agent containing at least an aluminum atom in a molecule.
