PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bridge. SOLUTION: A transportation belt 5 is installed at the bottom of a feed hopper 4. Soil transported by the transportation belt 5 is returned by a bucket conveyor 10 and mixed. The bucket conveyor 10 is laid down forward to discharge soil. This mixing and supplying apparatus is equipped with an earthing up guide body 53 having a section inclining so as to approach the inside face of the feed hopper 4 with leading to the backside in the transportation direction of the transportation belt 5 at a part free from an expansion part 26 of a discharge position when viewed in a plane.
